I chose Tulane because... of the wonderful baseball opportunity and the education I will be provided with for the future.
The best part about playing baseball at Tulane is... the team chemistry and the desire to win within the clubhouse.
My goals for this season are... to pitch to the best of my ability each and every time I step on the mound, stay focused and do what is necessary to help my team win.
Do you have any pregame rituals/superstitions? I listen to music in the locker room and I kiss my cross before I step out onto the field.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of baseball? Go fishing with my friends.
What is your favorite food? Favorite Game Day Meal? I am a big fan of Seafood. On game day, I like to eat spaghetti with garlic bread and a salad.
If you could play for any MLB team, who would it be? I would play for the New York Yankees because of all the history associated with the organization and their successful reputation.
Who was your idol growing up? My idol was Chipper Jones because he came from my hometown and reached the goal of every young baseball player: to be a successful professional athlete.
If you were not playing baseball, what would you be doing? Going to college in my home state of Florida and living as a normal student.
What music do you like to listen to before a game? Rap and country.
What is your hidden talent? Snowboarding and skimboarding.
What is your favorite type of animal? My favorite type of animal is a tiger because of their intimidation factor and the fierce attitude associated with them.
Why did the chicken cross the road? To get to the other side.
What is your favorite thing about New Orleans? The culture and food.
If you were going to be stranded on an island and could have 3 things with you, what 3 items would you take with you? A knife, some rope and a few flares.
Vanilla or Chocolate? Chocolate.
One word that describes you as a person.... Motivated.
