I chose Tulane because... it's a great school, in a great city with a great baseball program and a coaching staff.
The best part about playing baseball at Tulane is... telling people you play baseball at Tulane.
My goals for this season are... to make a positive contribution however and whenever I can, and to play in a regional this season.
Do you have any pregame rituals/superstitions? If so, explain. I listed to the same pregame music, wear the same undershirt, chew the same chewing gum.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of baseball? I like to hunt, fish or spend time with family and friends. Anything low key.
What is your favorite food? Favorite Game Day Meal? My favorite food would be any type of Mexican food. As for pregame, I eat whatever they have for us.
If you could play for any MLB team, who would it be? Why? The Houston Astros, they are my hometown team.
Who was your idol growing up? Why? My Dad. I wanted to be just like him in every way.
What was your greatest memory from last season? Beating LSU at home.
What music do you like to listen to before a game? Rap or Rock. Anything loud.
What is your hidden talent? I'm a great cook
What is your favorite type of animal? Why? Deer, I love watching them and eating them.
Why did the chicken cross the road? Because he wanted to.
What is your favorite thing about New Orleans? The people, the food and Tulane.
If you were going to be stranded on an island and could have 3 things with you, what 3 items would you take with you? A phone, a gun and water.
What's something no one knows about you? Everyone knows everything about me.
Vanilla or Chocolate? Vanilla.
What is the best road stadium/atmosphere that you have been in? Why? The old Alex Box Stadium. The fans are right on top of you and they never stopped yelling.
One word that describes you as a person.... Exciting.
