I chose Tulane because... I wanted my dad to be able to come to every game, it has a great reputation as an academic institution and I wanted to win the College World Series.

The best part about playing baseball at Tulane is... being recognized for the hard work I have put in my entire life.

My goals for this season are... to hit .350, steal 20 bases, and WIN THE COLLEGE WORLD SERIES.

Do you have any pregame rituals/superstitions? If so, explain. Too many too name them all. Sit in the same spot in pregame meal, wear the same undershirt, never step on the line, always sing the national anthem out loud, give the kids on deck pounds before every at bat, place my glove next to Mr. Schell every time we come in from the field, and many more.

What is your favorite thing to do outside of baseball? Hang out with my friends, listen to music, watch baseball and barbeque.

What is your favorite food? Favorite Game Day Meal? Boiled Crawfish. Bacon cheeseburger, Gatorade and an apple.

If you could play for any MLB team, who would it be? The New York Yankees because I grew up watching them and they have a winning tradition.

Who was your idol growing up? Cal Ripken Jr. because he was the most consistent baseball player ever, a hard worker and an extremely tough player.

What was your greatest memory from last season? Our 9 game win streak and beating LSU at home.

If you were not playing baseball, what would you be doing? Nothing productive, most likely.

What music do you like to listen to before a game? Nothing specific. The BP mix is usually pretty good, but I like the sounds of the game.

What is your hidden talent? I'm a semi-professional racecar driver and an amateur tattoo artist.

What is your favorite type of animal? A Cheetah because it is such fast animal.

Why did the chicken cross the road? The grass was greener on the other side.

What is your favorite thing about New Orleans? Mardi Gras.

If you were going to be stranded on an island and could have 3 things with you, what 3 items would you take with you? My family, some food, and a plane to get off the island.

What's something no one knows about you? My sign is Ares.

Vanilla or Chocolate? Swirl.

What is the best road stadium/atmosphere that you have been in? East Carolina was pretty fun, their fans were pretty rowdy. Also, the LSU game, because all my friends from high school were out in Right Field talking to me during the game.

One word that describes you as a person... hardworking.
