1999 Outdoor: A hurdle specialist . . . An NCAA qualifier in the
400-meter hurdles, where she finished 18th in a time of 58.35 . . . Also
a provisional qualifier as part of the 4x400-meter relay . . . Two-time
Conference USA champion, as she won the 400 hurdles (58.61) and the
4x400-meter relay (3:37.80) . . . Helped Tulane capture its first
Championship of Americas award at the Penn Relays in the Distance Medley
