AS A SENIOR (2002-03)
INDOOR: Tulane's top triple-jumper, posted a career-best distance of 38 feet, four and three-quarter inches at the LSU Twilight Invitational (2/21). Placed eighth at the C-USA Championship (3/1) to earn one point with a leap of 38 feet, four and a quarter inches. Recorded a career-best long jump at the C-USA Championship (2/28) as well with a distance of 17 feet, eight and a quarter inches to finish 10th.
AS A JUNIOR (2001-02)
OUTDOOR: Jumped at four events for the Wave. Placed sixth in the triple jump for three points at the C-USA Championships (5/11) with a personal-best jump of 38 feet, one and a half inches. Her top long jump was 17 feet, three and a quarter inches at the LSU Team Invitational (4/19). INDOOR: Competed at three indoor meets, recording her personal-best triple jump of 37 feet, one-quarter inch at the LSU Purple Tiger Invitational (1/26). In her lone long jump effort of the season, she leapt 16 feet, seven inches at the C-USA Championship (2/22).
AS A SOPHOMORE (2000-01)
OUTDOOR: Competed in the triple jump for the Green Wave. Posted a career-best leap of 37 feet, three and three-quarter inches at the Tulane Invitational (4/7). INDOOR: Recorded a season-best triple jump of 36 feet, four and three-quarters inches at the LSU Invitational. Finished 11th in the triple jump at the C-USA Championships.
AS A FRESHMAN (1999-2000)
OUTDOOR: A strong performer in the long jump and the triple jump. Season-best leap of 16 feet, five inches in the long jump. Her top distance in the triple jump was 37 feet, three inches. INDOOR: The Green Wave's No. 2 long-jumper. Her top distance was 4.87 meters.
A 1999 graduate of Ridgewood Prep School in Metairie, La. Earned all-district and all-metro honors in the 200 meters and the triple jump. Also anchored the 4x200 relay team.
Born June 19, 1982 in Lagos, Nigeria. Majoring in chemical engineering. The daughter of Shuaibu and Habsat Otori. Has three brothers and three sisters.
