Cross Country: Competed in four of the team's seven meets...posted a season-best time in the 5K at the Gulf Coast Stampede (10/3) with a 21:25 showing...competed at the Conference USA Championships (10/31) and posted a 22:16 time on the 5K course...took 27th place at the Mook 4 Invitational (9/12) in a time of 12:42 for the 2-mile course...also competed at the LSU Invitational (9/26) and completed the 5K course in 25:13.

2008 (Sophomore)

Cross Country: Did not compete.

2007 (Freshman)

Cross Country: Competed in three of the team's seven meets...set season-best in the 5K at the Southern Miss Invitational (9/7) with a time of 22:21.06...covered the 6K course at the LSU Invitational (9/22) in 26:11...posted a 13:58 time in the 2-mile race at the Green Wave Invitational (8/31).

Prep: Three-year letterwinner in track and field for coach Mark Tacchi and three-year letterwinner in cross country for coach Bill Grosser... All-State in the pole vault in 2007, placing seventh... Conference champion in the pole vault and the 1600-meter run in 2007... All-Conference in the 800m in 2007...took the conference crown in the pole vault in 2006...was a member of the conference champion 4x800-meter relay squad in 2005...off the track, was a member of the orchestra, Model United Nations, the French Club and the National French Honors Society.

Personal: Born Margaret Louise Keplinger on Sept. 7, 1988, in Hammond, Ill....the daughter of Donald and the late Lady Margaret Keplinger... has one older brother, John.
