Was a member of the Tulane 3.0 Club.

Prep: Lettered all four years in track and field for head coach Ron Baillargeon at Lafayette High School...was selected as the team captain during junior and senior seasons...earned team MVP honors during her final three seasons at LHS...was a four-time All-State selection for the Lions...claimed the LHSAA Indoor 800-meter title as a sophomore, junior and senior...stood atop the podium all four seasons at the LHSAA Outdoor State Championships in the 800-meter event...holds the Louisiana High School Athletic Association record in the 800-meter run...helped LHS to a runner up finish at the LHSAA State Championships as a senior.

Personal: Born Kelci Hanna Lyons on April 1, 1993...the daughter of Wayne and Darlene Lyons...has two sisters, Kadi and Wendi.
