Had a breakout year for the Wave in 2004, winning the C-USA Indoor long jump and qualifying for the NCAA Regionals in the same event. Followed that by qualifying for Regionals in the long jump again in 2005. A nine-time all-conference selection.

AS A SENIOR (2004-05)
Posted the fourth-best long jump in school history with a mark of 20-01.50 at the LSU Alumni Gold meet (4/23). Registered three NCAA Regional qualifying marks during the season and finished 14th at the Regionals. Placed fourth at the C-USA Championships (5/14) with a mark of 19-08.25 while also taking 11th in the triple jump with a distance of 37-09.50. Also helped Tulane's 4x100 relay team to fourth at the C-USA Championships and 10th place at the NCAA Regionals. INDOOR: Finished seventh in the long jump and 10th in the triple jump at the C-USA Championships. Posted a season-best long jump of 19-04.00 at the Armory Invitational (2/5).

AS A JUNIOR (2003-04)
An NCAA Regional Qualifer for the Green Wave. Placed third in the long jump and seventh in the triple jump while helping the 4x100 relay team to sixth place at the C-USA Championships (5-14/15). Notched a career-best long jump at Clemson (5/8) to qualify for the Regionals and then narrowly missed Nationals by registering her personal record of 20-02.25 in Baton Rouge (5/28). Posted her personal-best triple jump of 38-00.75 at the C-USA Championships. Helped the Wave's 4x100 relay team to a time of 45.88, the second-best in school history, at the Hurricane Invitational (4/10). INDOOR: Recorded 14 points at the Conference USA Championships. Captured the long jump title with a career-best jump of 18 feet, 10 and three-quarter inches. Earned fifth place in the triple jump with a career-best leap of 38 feet, eight and three-quarters inches.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2002-03)
Posted a career-best long jump of 18 feet, 10 and a half inches at the Tiger Twilight Classic (5/4). Also had a top triple jump of 38 feet even at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (4/5). At the C-USA Championships, finished 10th in the triple jump and 14th in the long jump. INDOOR: Registered her top long jump of the year at the C-USA Championships (2/28), placing 10th at 17 feet, eight and a quarter inches. Her top triple jump was 36 feet, 11 inches at the Purple Tiger Invitational (1/25). Finished 11th at the C-USA Championships (3/1) in the triple jump.

AS A FRESHMAN (2001-02)
Jumped in four different meets during the season. Her top long jump of 17 feet, 11 and three-quarters inches came at the LSU Alumni Gold meet (4/10), while her best triple jump of 36 feet, eight and a quarter inches was at the Tulane Invitational (4/5). INDOOR: Competed in three meets for the Wave. Posted a top long jump of 17 feet, four and a quarter inches at the LSU Twilight Invitational (2/15). Had her top triple jump of the season of 37 feet, one-half inch at the same meet.

Won the triple jump at the Norwegian Junior Indoor Championships from 1997 to 2000. Was second in the long jump in 1999 and 2000. Also won the triple jump at the outdoor championships in 1999 and 2000.

Full name is Lissie Birgitte Mo. Born September 12, 1980 in Lorenskog, Norway. The daughter of Eva Palm and Steinar Mo. Graduated in May of 2005 with a bachelor's degree in management. Qualified for the C-USA Academic Honor Roll for 2004-05.
