2001 Indoor: His top mile run of the season came at the C-USA Championships (4:24.59).

2000 Cross Country: Ran in all seven meets for the Green Wave. Had an excellent showing at the NCAA South Regional, finishing the 10K course in 32:49.2 (41st of 129). Earned fifth place at the Southeastern Louisiana Invitational with a three-mile clocking of 15:01.9. Also finished fifth at the four-mile Ragin’ Cajun Invitational at 21:11.2.

Prep: A 1994 graduate of Musingu High School, where he lettered in soccer and track. Earned all-district honors in track. Also attended Kenyatta University for two years.
