Cross Country: Competed in three of the team's six meets...missed three races due to injury...was the top finisher in two of those meets...posted his season best 8K time of 25:42.52 at the season opening Georgia Invitational (9/4) to finish 25...covered the 10K course at the Chile Pepper Invitational (10/16) in 33:01.51 for a season-best time...finished 42nd at the Conference USA Championships (11/1) with an 8K showing of 26:26.00.

Outdoor Track and Field: Redshirted due to injury.

Earned Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll and was a member of the Tulane 3.0 Club.

2009-10 (Sophomore)

Cross Country: Competed in all six of the team's meets...was the top finisher for the Green Wave in all six competitions...posted his season-best 8K time at the Gulf Coast Stampede (10/3) with a12th place showing in 26:18...opened the season with a 21:35 time on the 4-mile course at the Memphis Twilight (9/5)...placed sixth at the Mook 4 Invitational (9/12) with a 21:24 showing at the 6K distance...claimed 8K times of 27:05 at the Conference USA Championships (10/31) and 27:32 at the Watson Ford Invitational (10/10)...took 33rd place at the LSU Invitational with a 28:10 time on the 8K course.

Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in all six of the team's meets...ran the 800, 1500 and 3000-meter events...was the team's top performer in the 1500 and 3000-meter runs, ranking second on the squad in the 800-meter...held the top six times on the team at the 1500-meter distance...ran the 800-meter at the Golden Eagle Invitational (4/24) in a time of 1:58.72...posted a 3000-meter time of 8:56.73 at the South Alabama/UL-Lafayette Tri-meet (3/27)...crossed the finish line in a season-best clip of 3:59.54 at the Conference USA Outdoor Championships (5/16)...ran 3:59.60 at the Seminole Invitational (4/10)...completed the 1500-meter race in 4:01.63 at the LSU Gold Invitational (4/17) and 4:03.51 at the South Alabama/UL-Lafayette Tri-meet (3/27).

Cross Country: Competed in all four of the team's meets...finished among the top five Tulane competitors in three of his four meets...posted his season-best 8K time at the Auburn Invitational (10/4) with a 26:56 showing...competed at the Conference USA Championships (11/1) and posted a 45th place finish with a 28:50 showing at the 8K distance...posted 8K times of 29:38 at the Memphis Twilight (9/13) and 29:59 at the LSU Invitational (9/26).

Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in all six of the team's meets...ran the 1500 and 5000-meter races...was the team's top performer in both events...held the top four times on the team in both the 1500 and 5000-meter races...owned a season-best mark of 4:08.15 in the 1500-meter run at the LSU Alumni Gold (4/18)...ran 4:09.31 at the Conference USA Outdoor Championships (5/16)...also completed the 1500-meter race in 4:15.96 at the Cole-Lancon Twilight (4/30) and 4:17.36 at the Louisiana Classics (3/21)...in the 5000-meter event, posted a season-best time of 16:11.37 at the Conference USA Outdoor Championships (5/16)...ran 16:15.52 at the LSU Alumni Gold (4/18) and 16:21.12 at the Southern Miss Invitational (3/14)...also posted a time of 16:46.21 at the Ole Miss Invitational (4/11) in the 5000-meter.
