Anchored her school's 4x400 relay team to the Washington State Championship as a junior and also finished third in the 400-meter dash. Finished fourth in the state in the 400 as a senior. As a sophomore, finished fifth in the 800-meter run at the state championships after a third-place finish as a freshman. Recorded personal-best times of 55.11 in the 400 meters and 2:13.54 in the 800. Also played soccer at Auburn and earned academic all-state recognition.
