A three-time Conference USA Champion (Indoor 60-meters twice; Outdoor 100-meters) and a 10-time all-conference selection. Has qualified for NCAA Regionals in the 100 for two straight years and in the 200 in 2005. Owns Green Wave school records for the 55, 60 and 200 (indoors).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2004-05)
Qualifed for the NCAA National Championships in the 200-meter dash after competing in four events at the NCAA Regionals (100, 200, 4x100, 4x400). Finished fifth in the 200, 15th in the 100, and 10th in both the 4x100 and 4x400 at Regionals. Tallied 17.75 points at the C-USA Outdoor Championships, including winning the 100-meter dash. Set the Tulane record in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.50 seconds in the preliminary heats (5/13). Her time of 23.56 seconds in the 200-meter dash at the NCAA Regionals (5/26) was the second-fastest in school history. INDOOR: Nearly matched her amazing rookie campaign by earning all-league honors in the 60, 200 and 4x400 Relay. Was the 60-meter dash C-USA Champion for the second year in a row after notching a season-best time of 7.43 seconds. Her top 200 time of 24.25 also came at the league championships.

AS A FRESHMAN (2003-04)
Battled injuries during the outdoor season, but still qualified for the NCAA Regionals in the 100 where she finished 14th. Posted her top 100 time of 11.72 at the LSU Relays (3/27). Posted Tulane's top 200 time of the year of 24.25 at the Hurricane Invitational (4/10). Also anchored the 4x100 relay team to the second-best time in school history (45.88) at the Hurricane Invite. INDOOR: Named Conference USA Freshman of the Year after winning the 60-meter dash and taking second in the 200 while helping the mile relay to a fourth-place finish. Broke the school record in the 60 in her first collegiate race (1/25 at the Purple Tiger Invitational) with a time of 7.48 and improved that to 7.42 in Baton Rouge (3/5). Also set school records in the 55-meter dash (6.94 at the Gator Invitational) and the 200-meter dash (24.12 at the C-USA Championships). Recorded Tulane's top 400-meter time of the season as well with a 56.81 at the Purple Tiger Invitational (1/25).

Lettered in track and field for the Rams. A two-time all-state selection, including first team all-state as a senior. Part of the state champion 4x100 relay team which broke the national record in the event. Placed second in the 100-meter dash at the state championship. Team won the state title in 2003 as well as a pair of regional championships.

Born May 22, 1985. The daughter of Rosaline Nnadozie and Christian Asumnu. Has three brothers. Brother Stanley plays basketball for the University of Tennessee.
