Indoor Track and Field: Competed in three regular-season meets, as well as the Conference USA Indoor Championships...participated only in the pole vault...placed ninth at the C-USA Indoor Championships (3/1) with a personal best leap of 3.60 meters (11-9.75) that was tied for the fifth-best jump in school history at season's end...placed sixth at the BSC Panther Icebreaker (12/6/13) with a jump of 3.40 meters (11-1.75)...notched a vault of 3.35 meters (10-11.75) at the UAB Blazer Indoor Invitational (1/10).

Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in seven regular-season meets on the season, as well as the Conference USA Outdoor Championships...participated solely in the pole vault...scored points for the team at the C-USA Outdoor Championships (5/18) with a fifth-place, personal-best vault of 3.83 meters (12-6.75) that ranked tied for the fifth-best mark in school history at season's end...posted a fifth-place vault of 3.77 meters (12-4.5) at the Southern Miss Black and Gold Invitational (5/3)...leapt 3.67 meters (12-0.5) at the Stanford Invitational (4/5) for an eighth-place finish...notched identical leaps of 3.66 meters (12-0) at the Southeastern Louisiana Invitational (4/18) and the Tulane Team Challenge (3/29).

Earned Conference USA Commissioner's Honor Roll honors, as well as the C-USA Academic Medal for maintaining a cumulative-GPA of 3.75 or better.

Prep: A letterwinner as a sprinter and pole vaulter during her high school career at Severna Park High School in Severna Park, Md....posted a career high 11'6" in the pole vault at the Maryland State Meet in May of 2013, capturing the state title and becoming the first female at SPHS to win a state title...competed in the 4 x 200 and 4 x 100 meter relays, as well...awarded the Jean Boyd & Paul Rusko Award for athletic achievement, integrity and exemplary sportsmanship...earned Baltimore Sun All-Metro honors during her senior year, as well as All-District honors.

Personal: Born Emma Elizabeth Staisloff on April 6, 1995...daughter of Michele and Richard Staisloff...has two older brothers and one older sister.
