Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in six regular season meets on the season, as well as the American Athletic Outdoor Championships, the NCAA East Regionals, and the NCAA Outdoor National Championships…posted results in the high jump, long jump, and 4x100 meter relay…holds top marks among Green Wave athletes in the high jump and the long jump…awarded American Athletic Conference Male Field Athlete of the Week on 4/7 and 4/21…took home a gold medal at the American Outdoor Championships (5/16) in the long jump with a mark of 7.45 meters (24-5.5)…recorded a third place finish in the high jump at the South Alabama Invite (4/11) with a mark of 1.91 meters (6-3.25), as well as a second place finish in the long jump with a mark of 7.27 meters (23-10.25)…set a personal-best mark of 7.59 meters (24-11) in the long jump at the LSU Alumni Gold (4/18)…notched a fourth place finish at the Longhorn Invite (5/2) in the long jump with a mark of 7.41 meters (24-3.75)…won the LSU Battle on the Bayou (4/4) long jump event with a mark of 7.38 meters (24-2.5)…brought home another fourth place finish in the long jump at the Yellow Jacket Invite (3/28) with a mark of 7.36 meters (24-1.75)…scored a ninth place finish at the Drake Relays (4/24) in the long jump with a mark of 7.28 meters (23-10.75)…took home a time of 41.63 in the 4x100 meter relay at the Longhorn Invite (5/2), as well as a time of 42.08 at the American Outdoor Championships (5/17) alongside Teddy Veal, Dontrell Hilliard, and Donnie Lewis.
Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in six regular-season meets on the season, as well as the Conference USA Outdoor Championships and the NCAA East Regionals...participated in the long jump and the 4 x 100 meter relay...became the first Tulane male track and field athlete to compete in back-to-back NCAA East Regionals (3/29) during the outdoor season when he qualified in the long jump and placed 33rd with a leap of 7.08 meters (23-2.75)...scored at the C-USA Outdoor Championships (5/17) with a sixth-place finish in the long jump, leaping 7.45 meters (24-5.5), a season-high mark...placed fourth in the long jump at the Stanford Invitational (4/4) with a leap of 7.27 meters (23-10.25)...notched a third-place finish at the South Alabama Invitational (4/12) with a wind-aided jump of 7.25 meters (23-9.5)...finished second at the Black and Gold Invitational (5/3), posting a long jump mark of 6.88 meters (22-7)...also ran in three 4 x 100 meter relay teams on the year, including the team that included Sherman Badie, Richard Allen and Christopher Arechiga that finished in 41.02 at the Southeastern Louisiana Invitaitonal, a mark that stood as the fifth-fastest time in school history at season's end.
Outdoor Track and Field:Posted results in five regular season meets, as well as the Conference USA Outdoor Championships and the NCAA East Regionals...competed in the high jump, the long jump and the 4 x 100 meter relay...became - along with Thomas Lynch - the first male athlete to qualify for a regional in Tulane track and field history...was the lone long jumper on the men's squad during the year...earned Freshman of the Meet honors at the Conference USA Outdoor Championships (5/12) after winning the silver medal in the long jump with a distance of 7.55 meters (24' 9.25") and a bronze medal in the high jump with a leap of 2.04 meters (6' 8.25")...also on the team's best 4 x 100 meter relay squad of the season, finishing the event in fourth place at the Conference USA Outdoor Championships (5/12) with a time of 41.82...also jumped 2.04 meters (6' 8.25") in the high jump at the South Alabama Invitational (4/13)...recorded a long jump of 7.14 meters (23' 5.25") at the NCAA East Regional.
