1999 Cross Country: Finished fifth at the 8,000 Meters LSU Invitational
2, with a time of 25:51:34 ... Helped Tulane to a fifth place finish at
the C-USA Cross Country Championship with a 27th place finish
(25:36.90).
1999 Outdoor: Captured the 1999 Conference USA outdoor championship in
the 3,000-meter steeplechase, winning in a time of 9:02.72 . . . Ran a
season-best 8:53.98 steeplechase at the Penn Relays in April that was
the second-fastest time in school history . . . Also posted solid
efforts in the 1,500 (3:58.20) and the 5,000 (14:32.10), where he
finished fourth at the C-USA Outdoor Championships.
1999 Indoor: Ran the second-fastest time of the season in the mile run
(4:16.50) . . . Finished 10th in that event at the C-USA Indoor
Championships . . . A member of the Wave's Distance Medley Relay teams
that posted the top two times of the season, including a 10:08.17 that
ranks No. 3 in the school record book.
1998 Cross Country: Member of Tulane's NCAA Championship qualifying
team . . . Ran in all eight events . . . Consistently ranked as the
team's No. 2 finisher . . . Posted five top-five finishes . . . Earned
All-NCAA South Central Region and All Conference USA honors.
1998 Outdoor: Competed in the 1500 and 3000 meters . . . Ran a 3:58.21
1500 at the Alabama Relays . . . At Miami Invitational ran a 9:41.86
