Prep: Lettered three years in cross country and track and field while at the Bronx High School of Science...named team captain as senior for cross country and track and field...selected as the MVP in track and field as a junior...earned All-State Honorable Mention in cross country as a senior...holds the school record in the 800m, 1600m, 1000m, and 4x800m relay...was the New York City Public School Champion at the 1600-meter distance...won the New York City championship in the 800-meter...helped team to the cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track titles in the Bronx...awarded the NYC Public School Athletic League Scholar-Athlete Award.
