We've announced our NLIs this morning, but we'd also like to welcome a couple of signees that are already enrolled in Spring classes at Tulane: Raul Diaz who comes to us from Miami, Fla. and will help out on the offensive line and Niguel Veal, a tremendous athlete who hails from Harvey, La. Welcome to the Wave boys!
