NEW ORLEANS – Tulane football opened up fall camp inside Yulman Stadium on Friday morning, donning just helmets for practice number one. After a team stretch, the Green Wave performed two hours of drills before first-year head coach Willie Fritz gathered the team mid-field to cap off practice and the start of a new era Uptown.
Hitting the turf for the first time in 2016, the Wave went through conditioning drills as units before competing in 1-on-1, then 7-on-7 situations. After going through some team ball security, the Wave reunited for an 11-on-11 team drill.
