The Tulane women might have sealed up a NCAA Tournament bid with a victory in the Conference USA Tournament on Wednesday evening against East Carolina in Tulsa. The Green Wave led comfortably throughout, netting a 73-64 win that puts it in the tourney title game against UAB. The championship, which Tulane (25-6) has not been a part of in eight years.
