    Football's Parry Nickerson Earns Another Freshman All-America Honor
    - The postseason honors continued to roll in for several Green Wave football standouts as cornerback Parry Nickerson claimed first-team Freshman All-America honors from Phil Steele Publications and was joined on the magazine's All-American Athletic Conference Team by junior cornerback Lorenzo Doss, senior defensive end Tyler Gilbert, junior defensive end Royce LaFrance, sophomore linebacker Nico Marley, sophomore offensive guard Chris Taylor and senior safety Sam Scofield.

    - Five Tulane University football standouts claimed All-American Athletic Conference honors by College Sports Madness as the national website tabbed junior cornerback Lorenzo Doss to the first team, senior offensive tackle Sean Donnelly and redshirt-freshman cornerback Parry Nickerson to the second team, and both junior defensive end Royce LaFrance and senior safety Sam Scofield to the third team.
