Phone Calls: Generally, telephone calls with a PSA are not allowed until July 1 following the completion of the PSA's junior year of high school, with certain exceptions for different sports.

Electronic Communication: Permissible electronic communication is limited to e-mail and fax. All other forms of electronically transmitted correspondence (e.g., Instant Messenger and text messaging) are prohibited.

Official Visits: A PSA may not make an official visit until the first day of classes of his/her senior year in high school. Prospects must register with the Eligibility Center prior to making an official visit. The Eligibility Center website is www.eligibilitycenter.org.
